At Grupo Punta Cana, I was brought on as a Sales & Marketing Intern to help lead the transformation of the airport advertising at Punta Cana International Airport. I played a central role in transitioning advertising operations from Clear Channel to an in-house structure, streamlining processes, increasing control, and unlocking long-term revenue potential.

I developed a comprehensive business model for the new operation, supported by an Airport Advertising Sales Manual, detailed inventory and pricing decks, and an internal playbook/operations guide to standardize procedures and support future growth. To support client-facing efforts, I built a sales enablement deck and a suite of branded infographics that highlighted advertising value across physical, digital, and activation formats.

In addition to creating these core materials, I conducted a full website audit and analysis, identifying key areas for improvement and delivering actionable recommendations to enhance digital presence and user experience.

I presented these materials directly to company leadership, positioning them as foundational tools for internal teams, external sales partners, and new client onboarding. I also conducted market research to refine sales strategies and improve targeting, contributing to increased ad space occupancy and stronger client engagement.
